華華：昨天是教師節，我跟幾個同學去看了我們以前的一位老師。

Huáhua: Zuótiān shì Jiàoshījié, wǒ gēn jǐ ge tóngxué qù kànle wǒmen yǐqián de yí wèi lǎoshī.

清清：哇！你跟老師還有聯絡喔？真不簡單！

Qīngqing: Wa! Nǐ gēn lǎoshī hái yǒu liánluò o? Zhēn bù jiǎndān!

華華：那位老師是我的高中老師，以前很照顧我們，所以畢業以後大家都還常回去看他。

清清：你們跟老師的感情真好！老師還在教書嗎？

Qīngqing: Nǐmen gēn lǎoshī de gǎnqíng zhēn hǎo! Lǎoshī hái zài jiāoshū ma?

華華：老師去年退休了，但還在學校兼課，他一直都教得很好。

Huáhua: Lǎoshī qùnián tuìxiū le, dàn hái zài xuéxiào jiānkè, tā yìzhí dōu jiāo de hěn hǎo.

清清：在念書的時候能遇到好老師是福氣，值得一輩子感恩。

Qīngqing: Zài niànshū de shíhòu néng yùdào hǎo lǎoshī, shì fúqì, zhídé yí bèizi gǎn’ēn.

華華：沒錯，所以我們昨天才一起去祝老師教師節快樂，也謝謝老師啊！

Huáhua: Méicuò, suǒyǐ wǒmen zuótiān cái yìqǐ qù zhù lǎoshī Jiàoshījié kuàilè, yě xièxie lǎoshī a!

翻譯 Translation

Qingqing: Huahua, how did you spend the long weekend?

Huahua: Yesterday was Teachers’ Day. A few classmates and I went to visit one of our former teachers.

Qingqing: Wow… you’re still in touch with your teacher? That’s really something...

Huahua: He was my high school teacher. He took very good care of us, so even though we have already graduated, we still visit him often.

Qingqing: You and your teacher have such a close relationship. Is he still teaching?

Huahua: He retired last year, but he still teaches part-time at the school. He’s always been a very good teacher.

Qingqing: It’s a blessing to get a good teacher while you’re a student. It’s something to be grateful for throughout your life.

Huahua: That’s right. That’s why we visited him yesterday to thank him and wish him a happy Teachers’ Day.
