Roman Reigns may get a one-on-one fight with the man leading 946. Boozer reported on X that Royce Keys is expected to challenge Reigns at Royal Rumble 2027, and that it would be for Reigns' World Heavyweight Championship. WWE hasn't announced anything, so it's still just a report. The show itself is reportedly set for February 6, 2027, which is later than the usual late-January spot. If it happens, it would be a huge opportunity for Keys, who debuted at this year's Royal Rumble in January in Riyadh as the 14th entrant.

Royce Keys Could Get a World Title Match Against Roman Reigns at Royal Rumble 2027

Royce Keys came over from AEW, where he wrestled as Powerhouse Hobbs. He later won the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the April 17 SmackDown, so the title match would be a big step up.

It would also give WWE a way to keep the feud going after Survivor Series: WarGames. Reigns' group is expected to face 946 inside the WarGames structure on November 28 in Houston, and Fightful Select reported that each side would have five people.

Reigns' reunited Bloodline right now includes Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa. On the other side, 946 has Keys, Bronco Nima, Lucien Price, Carmelo Hayes and Jaida Parker. There are also rumors that Naomi could join Reigns' group, but that's all they are for now.

Roman Reigns Is Also Set to Face Sami Zayn at Crown Jewel Before the Rumble

A Reigns and Keys match would shrink the story from two factions to two leaders. The bigger fight would still need to play out at WarGames first, though, and more matches between members of both sides are expected on the way there.

Before any of that, Reigns has Sami Zayn to deal with at Crown Jewel 2026 in Riyadh. They'll meet in the Men's Crown Jewel Championship match, with Reigns on the World Heavyweight Championship side and Zayn holding the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Their history goes back to Elimination Chamber 2023, when Zayn challenged Reigns for the Undisputed title. More than three years later he's the one holding it, and they're meeting again as champion against champion.

So Reigns has Crown Jewel on November 7 and then WarGames on November 28 before he gets to the Rumble. The reported match with Keys would come later, in February, in Glendale, Arizona, at State Farm Stadium.
