EXCLUSIVE: The highly anticipated A24 Lance Oppenheim and Nathan Fielder directed documentary You Can See Everything about fallen Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes and her days before going to federal prison, is a hot ticket at Alamo Drafthouse.

So hot, that presales for You Can See Everything is the highest of any A24 title and any documentary that has played the Sony owned dine-in exhibition chain.

In addition, the documentary is currently the No. 2 presales title at Alamo behind only Disney/Marvel Studio’s Avengers: Doomsday and that doesn’t open until Dec. 18. You Can See Everything debuts limited on Oct. 16.

The 3-hour documentary, which Deadline first told you about, made a surprise world premiere at Telluride. The production was shot in early 2023 in secrecy. You Can See Everything follows Holmes in deep conversations with the wisenheimer deadpan Fielder as her and partner Billy Evans plot the second coming of blood testing corp Theranos. Fielder also has a heyday grilling Evans, the father of Holmes’ children, who as Pete Hammond exclaims in his platinum film review of the pic, “We go along for the ride wondering if maybe she is the sane one and Billy is the batsh*t crazy one.”

Last night at the Academy museum, there was a special LA screening for You Can See Everything with Obsession director Curry Barker, Lanterns co-creator Damon Lindelof, Waiting for Godot‘s Alex Winter, composer Nathan Johnson, Being Heumann and The Invite producer David Permut, Argo actress Clea DuVall and more in attendance. The post Q&A with Fielder and Oppenheimer was moderated by Bill Hader.

You Can See Everything is 100% fresh currently on Rotten Tomatoes off 20 reviews. Docu filmmaker Oppenheim has his first feature narrative directed film currently in theaters, A24’s Primetime starring Robert Pattinson as To Catch a Predator host Chris Hansen which has grossed over $35M stateside to date.
