Joe Rogan Renews Multiyear Spotify Partnership
The top podcast host has entered into a new multiyear licensing agreement with the platform, which will continue to see episodes of his show distributed on Spotify and widely.
“The partnership with Spotify has been an amazing fit, and they’re incredible to work with. I’m extremely happy and excited to continue with them for years to come,” Rogan said.
Spotify and Rogan first inked a deal in 2020, which saw The Joe Rogan Show exclusively available on Spotify. In 2024, as Spotify dissolved its other exclusive deals, The Joe Rogan Show became distributed widely.
The podcast has 18 million followers on Spotify, making it the most followed podcast on the platform. It has been the most-listened to podcast in the U.S. since 2019, according to Edison Research, and topped Spotify, YouTube and Apple Podcast’s 2025 lists. Each episode runs two to three hours and has seen Rogan welcome comedians, athletes, actors and musicians and politicians, including then-Presidential Candidate Donald Trump, as well as Elon Musk.
“Joe has built something incredibly enduring, and his show continues to resonate with a massive global audience because there’s simply nothing else like it. Spotify’s podcast business has grown alongside JRE over the years, and we’re excited to keep building on that partnership for years to come,” said Jordan Newman, head of content partnerships, Spotify.
