Hollyoaks' Warren to betray Mercedes as new secret passion is revealed

Hollyoaks’ Warren Fox is set to betray his partner Mercedes McQueen in upcoming scenes, as he and his former flame Gemma Johnson sleep together again next week. As tensions flare between Warren and Mercedes, he makes a shocking decision that he may come to regret…

Warren has had a lot to deal with recently, attempting to bring down his brother Jenson – who viewers know is an undercover officer – and caring for his son Sebastian after his leukaemia returned.

Sienna has been in prison during this difficult time, and when she recently returned to the village, Warren was cautious and banned her from seeing their twins, partly to protect Sebastian’s immune system.

Next week, desperate Sienna tries a different approach and shows up on the doorstep to ask Mercedes to see her children.

This works and Mercedes allows Sienna to spend some time with Sebastian, as despite everything that happened with her cousin Cleo, Mercedes can relate to her maternal instinct.

However, when Warren gets word of this, he doesn’t take it well and he is furious with Mercedes for going behind his back regarding Sienna.

Later, following a huge argument, Mercedes packs up her stuff as she wants space from Warren. When Sienna turns up again to spend more time with her kids, Warren immediately slams the door in her face.

Jenson encourages his brother to have some fun amid his relationship problems and craftily steers him towards Gemma, who is also having a tricky week after receiving a string of mysterious text messages.

Warren is able to comfort Gemma, but one thing leads to another, and the exes end up sleeping together!

Later, Sophie tells Warren that she misses her mum, and the young girl gives him serious food for thought about letting Sienna see her children.

Relations begin to thaw between the warring co-parents, and Sienna apologises to Warren for causing a rift between him and Mercedes.

During their chat, Sienna advises Warren to prioritise and treasure his relationship with Mercedes. But what she doesn’t realise is Warren is already feeling guilty for cheating on her…

Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.
