Lady Gaga welcomes first child with fiance Michael Polansky – reports

The singer, 40, who has kept a low profile in recent months, has been pictured carrying a baby in a sling alongside entrepreneur Mr Polansky, 42, in photos obtained by Page Six.

Lady Gaga, real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, was seen sporting her signature bleach blonde hair, with a loose-fitting cardigan, pyjama trousers and a crop top while cradling the child.

The singer had not announced a pregnancy but has been trailed by speculation since mid-2024 which she previously denied on social media.

Lady Gaga, known for hits including Paparazzi and Poker Face, has sparked rumours again in recent months as she stepped back from the public eye when her world tour finished in April.

She was spotted that month attending The Devil Wears Prada 2 premiere in New York City but has kept a low profile from public events since.

She was first linked to Mr Polansky after splitting from her former fiance, talent agent Christian Carino, in 2019.

The couple said they were dating in February 2020 and publicly confirmed their engagement at the 2024 Paris Olympics during an exchange with former French prime minister Gabriel Attal.

Lady Gaga discussed her future during an appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert in October 2025 and said: “What I really want is to be a mum.

“That’s my next starring role, I hope.”

A month later she told Rolling Stone magazine that being a mother was something she wanted “the most”.

She shot to fame in 2008 with her breakout album The Fame, which featured massive global hits including Just Dance and LoveGame, and she has collaborated with stars including Beyonce, Ariana Grande and Blackpink.

The Grammy-winner also became known for her avant-garde fashion, including a bubble dress, a pyrotechnic bra, and outfits made of meat and caution tape.

She often combines her looks with performance art at red carpet events, such as riding into an award ceremony on a white mechanical horse operated by two people.

Gaga is also an established actress, appearing in shows such as American Horror Story, and she starred in the 2013 action film Machete Kills.

She received an Oscar nod for her role opposite Bradley Cooper in A Star Is Born and more recently played one of the leads in Joker: Folie A Deux alongside Joaquin Phoenix.
