Emmerdale's Joe Tate could be in danger next week as Caleb Miligan seethes with rage over his brutal revenge scheme.
The two men have been at odds for over a year – and with Joe about to bury Caleb's wife Ruby alive, it doesn't look like things are about to get any better!

Next week's episodes see Joe finally make his move, as he blames Caleb and Ruby for the death of his beloved fiancée Dawn Fletcher.
While everyone else is distracted on the day of Dawn's funeral, Joe leaves Caleb horrified by revealing that he's trapped Ruby in a coffin and buried her six feet under!
"Caleb is disgusted by what Joe has done," explains our Emmerdale spy. "He begs Joe to release his wife immediately and pushes him for answers over her location.
"Joe loves having the upper hand, though, so he may not be revealing how to rescue Ruby any time soon."
Show bosses are currently keeping quiet about Ruby's fate, but it's not looking good as she tries to fight her way out and rapidly becomes weaker. As Ruby starts to run out of air, there's a real danger that she might slip away.

Spoiler pictures for the aftermath show Caleb brooding as he turns to his sister-in-law Moira Dingle after the ordeal.
Moira's startled when she finds Caleb rooting around for a weapon, clearly now planning a violent act of his own.
When Caleb shares the details of Joe's horrifying stunt and his plan for vengeance, Moira wisely encourages him to think carefully before doing anything rash.

"Moira points out that if Caleb continues this tit-for-tat war with Joe, it'll backfire and destroy his life in the long run," continues our insider. "She knows exactly what she's talking about – she had her own long-running battle with Joe a few months ago, but eventually walked away from the war when she realised that it wasn't worth it.
"Whether Caleb is willing to listen to Moira's advice remains to be seen."
Emmerdale's producer Laura Shaw previously named the Joe and Caleb story as one to watch out for into 2027.
"Off the back of [Dawn and Joe's] wedding, that chasm is going to open even wider between those two [Caleb and Joe]," Shaw told The Mirror. "It will be one of our kind of big stories, certainly through the rest of this year and into next year."
