Pixies Expand 2027 South American Tour with Six New Shows, Including Peru and Colombia
Pixies have expanded their 2027 South American tour with six additional shows, bringing the run to nine concerts across six countries between March and April.
The newly announced dates include Frutillar, Chile, on March 25th; Montevideo, Uruguay, on April 2nd; Curitiba and Brasília, Brazil, on April 7th and 11th, respectively; Lima, Peru, on April 15th; and Bogotá, Colombia, on April 17th.
These shows join three previously announced concerts in Santiago, Chile, on March 29th; Buenos Aires, Argentina, on April 4th; and São Paulo, Brazil, on April 9th. The original dates were announced in August,
The Buenos Aires show will mark Pixies’ fourth visit to the country since their 2010 debut at Luna Park, a concert drummer David Lovering later remembered for the audience singing along to “every single song.”
The expanded tour follows a busy 2026 for Pixies, who celebrated their 40th anniversary with shows across North America, Europe, and Asia. Their most recent studio album, The Night the Zombies Came, was released in 2024.
