The Democratic Party took control of the House and Senate on Tuesday night, delivering a stern rebuke to Donald Trump’s presidency. Democrats will now be able to put forward an ambitious legislative agenda during the final two years of Trump’s term and set the tone for the 2028 presidential election. Crucially, the House Oversight Committee will also be able to mount aggressive investigations into Trump’s actions over the last two years.

The towel measures 16 × 24 inches in size and is made from a waffle weave fabric that is hopefully durable enough to last till 2028.

And just in time for the holidays, Etsy is selling this candle, “desperately hoping Santa can fix what the election didn’t,” according to the product description.

The 9 oz. candle has a burn time of up to 60 hours, and you can choose from ten scents, including vanilla bean and “comfort spice” (there is also an unscented option). As the Etsy seller writes, this is “a sarcastic Christmas candle for anyone whose holiday wish list has become a political emergency.”
