5.2-magnitude quake hits Papua New Guinea
BEIJING: An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted New Britain Region, Papua New Guinea at 2149 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said, reported Xinhua.
The epicentre, with a depth of 10 kilometres, was initially determined to be at a latitude of 4.59 degrees south and a longitude of 152.87 degrees east.
