Translate

EXCLUSIVE: Guy Branum, the Emmy-winning writer, actor, producer, and comedian, has signed with Gersh for representation in all areas.

Branum’s work as a writer and producer on HBO Max’s hit series Hacks, in which he also appears as an actor, earned him an Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series, as well as a WGA Award and PGA Award. His other writing credits include The Mindy Project, The Other Two, A League of Their Own, Billy on the Street and Awkward.

In television, Branum has been seen in Apple’s comedy Platonic alongside Rose Byrne and Seth Rogen. On the film side, he most recently appeared in Adam Shankman’s comedy Stop! That! Train!, previously co-starring in and co-producing Billy Eichner’s romantic comedy Bros. He made his feature acting debut alongside Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher in No Strings Attached.

As a stand-up, Branum recently premiered the new show Be Fruitful at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He’s also appeared in that capacity on Netflix’s Stand Out, Conan and After Midnight, and was a regular panelist on E!’s Chelsea Lately.

Branum’s digital comedy series What The Old Gays Remember has amassed over 15 million views. His book My Life as a Goddess earned spots on NPR’s 2018 Good Reads List and Entertainment Weekly’s Must List.

The comedic multi-hyphenate continues to be managed by Zack Freedman at Omnipop Talent.
