A Roadmap to Happiness just gained stars from Game of Thrones and Dune.
Jason Momoa, who appeared as Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones and who is set to reprise his role as Duncan Idaho in the anticipated Dune: Part Three, is set to appear in an upcoming series called A Roadmap to Happiness. The show follows presenter Darin Olien as he travels with actors across the globe in search of the happiest people on Earth, examining what constitutes happiness for different cultures.
Per Deadline, A Roadmap to Happiness will feature appearances by Emilia Clarke and Josh Brolin. The two stars join Momoa, Elijah Wood, Shailene Woodley, and Alec Baldwin in the docuseries, which was first announced this past January during the Sundance Film Festival.
Clarke joins the show for an episode in Portugal, while Brolin will join Olien in Finland for the series finale. Brolin shared the following comment about joining the show:
We spend so much of life chasing success, answers, or the next thing but happiness is often quieter than that. Being part of this journey in Finland reminded me that connection, simplicity, and presence may be the most powerful things we have. I’m proud to be part of a project asking questions that matter.
