4 stocks to watch on Tuesday: CRM, GM, EFX, and AVGO

U.S. stock index futures traded mixed ahead of Tuesday’s open after a 4% drop in South Korea’s market revived concerns about the AI trade.
Here are four stocks to watch on the day:
Salesforce (CRM) struck a deal to acquire Braze (BRZE), an AI-powered marketing platform, at an enterprise value of $5.66 billion. In premarket trading, Salesforce shares fell 3%, while trading in Braze was halted ahead of the market open.
General Motors (GM) shares struggled to advance in Tuesday’s premarket trading. Investor disappointment over the company’s FY26 profit outlook and concerns about rising input costs outweighed a third-quarter earnings beat and the announcement of a $20 billion multiyear share repurchase program.
Equifax (EFX) shares are in focus after Oppenheimer downgraded the stock to Perform from Outperform, as the company reported Q3 GAAP EPS of $1.79 (missing by $0.01) and revenue of $1.69 billion, up 9.7% year over year and in line with expectations.
Broadcom (AVGO) announced that it had reached a 10-year agreement with NTT DOCOMO to support and modernize the Japanese carrier’s private cloud infrastructure using VMware Cloud Foundation, covering licenses, support, and maintenance in what is Broadcom Japan’s first deal of that duration.
