Although this remaster is an upgraded version of an 11-year-old game rather than an entirely new release, it's still an exciting moment for fans of the series.

The Witcher 3 Remastered is set to release on September 29, which is true regardless of where you are in the world. For those who already own the original game on current-generation platforms, Remastered will arrive as a free upgrade, and it will also bring the game to the Nintendo Switch 2 for the first time.
