Circle Internet, Binance expand USDC promotion ties; Circle sells $100M class A shares to Binance

Circle Internet Group (CRCL) said in an SEC filing on Tuesday that it has expanded its strategic partnership with Binance related to the promotion of USDC (USDC-USD).
