Sunshine Biopharma announces pricing of $6M public offering

  • Sunshine Biopharma (SBFM) on Thursday announced the pricing of a public offering made on a reasonable best efforts basis with gross proceeds to the company expected to be about $6 million.
  • The offering consists of 10.9M common units, each consisting of one share of common stock or one pre-funded warrant and two Series D warrants to purchase one share of common stock per warrant at an initial exercise price of $0.66.
  • The public offering price per common unit is $0.55.
  • The pre-funded warrants will be immediately exercisable and may be exercised at any time until exercised in full.
  • The transaction is expected to close on or about October 9.
  • The company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes and working capital.
