【明報專訊】《2026年施政報告》交代北都交通基建進展，當局最新預計「北都公路」新田段採用創新方法設計建造後，2034年可開通，提早兩年；當局明年亦會交代港深西部鐵路南延的初步方案，據悉會研究由洪水橋接駁至香港機場。跨境交通方面，《報告》公布新皇崗口岸會在今年第四季投入服務。
