Adidas’ relationship with music goes back decades. Run-DMC helped transform the Superstar from a basketball shoe into part of the hip-hop uniform in the 1980s, eventually becoming the first rap group to land a major endorsement deal with an athletic brand. Since then, Adidas has continued treating musicians as more than campaign faces, tapping artists to reinterpret its footwear and shape entire collections. Pharrell Williams, Beyoncé and BLACKPINK’s JENNIE are among the stars who have brought their own creative language to the Three Stripes.
Meanwhile, Bad Bunny has become one of the brand’s most prolific collaborators. The Puerto Rican superstar first teamed with Adidas in 2021 and has since reworked silhouettes including the Forum, Campus and Gazelle. More recently, the partnership introduced the Ghost Sprint, a motorsport-inspired sneaker with a slimmer, speedier profile than many of Adidas’ retro court styles. And while it isn’t among the sale’s deepest markdowns, finding a Bad Bunny collaboration discounted at all makes it one of the more interesting pairs in the mix.
There’s plenty beyond the artist collabs, too. Amazon’s sale spans men’s and women’s Adidas shoes, from running and training sneakers to everyday lifestyle pairs, with select styles discounted by more than 40%.
