大學城招標重財政穩健 蔡若蓮：海外校須伙本地校

【明報專訊】政府前日推出洪水橋大學城3幅共26.2公頃校園用地，接受資助或自資專上院校申請。教育局長蔡若蓮昨日表示，已有數間院校表示很有興趣，用地將主要批予本地院校，若海外大學有意參與，此階段要先與本地院校合作。對於進駐院校數量，她重申政府擇優而取，「重質不重量」，院校財政穩健屬其中一個重要因素。
