Hayden Panettiere's cause of death has just been revealed.
The actress tragically died on August 16 at the age of 36. Emergency responders attempted life-saving measures after being called to an apartment for a cardiac arrest. Less than an hour after the 911 call was made, Panettiere was declared deceased. Early reports indicated a drug overdose as the possible cause of death, with the local police department revealing that there were no signs of foul play.
Now Panettiere's official cause of death has been revealed. According to the Greenville County Coroner's Office (via Variety), she died from the "toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam, Methocarbamol and Quetiapine...The manner of death has been ruled [an] accident."
