KUALA LUMPUR: China continue to lead the medal standings on the penultimate day of the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games on Saturday.
As of 12pm, China have accumulated 162 gold, 82 silver and 74 medals.
Japan are second with 73 gold, 83 silver, and 86 bronze, while South Korea are third with 33 gold, 40 silver, and 63 bronze.
Thailand are seventh as the best Southeast Asian nation with 15 gold, 12 silver and 17 bronze.
Malaysia are 10th after Friday's gold rush on nine gold, five silver and 16 bronze medals.
Malaysia will be looking to add another two gold medals on Saturday.
The men's hockey team will take on India in the final at 6pm.
While padel men's doubles pair Christian Didier Chin and Aidan Yunus will contes the gold medal match at 6.45pm.
