Turkey: Iheanacho Scores in Eighth Straight Game As Bursaspor Beat Petrolspor Away

Kelechi Iheanacho scored for the eighth consecutive league game as Bursaspor came from behind to secure a 2-1 victory away to Batman Petrolspor.

Doria put the hosts ahead in the 29th minute, but Iheanacho levelled the score from the penalty spot on the hour mark.

The Nigeria international then completed the comeback five minutes from full time, sealing another crucial victory for Bursaspor.

Iheanacho has now recorded 11 goals and two assists for Bursaspor this season, maintaining his impressive run in front of goal.

The Green Crocodiles have also strengthened their position at the top of the standings, opening a three-point lead after the hard-fought win.

Bursaspor will host Mardin BB in their next league game on Sunday, 11 October.
