Immix Biopharma prices $125M stock offering

• Immix Biopharma (IMMX) said it priced an underwritten registered offering of 11.36M shares of common stock at $11 per share, with gross proceeds expected to reach $125M .
• The offering is expected to close around Sept. 30, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Immix plans to use the net proceeds to fund the development of NXC-201, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
