EastEnders confirms Zoe Slater's funeral date in advanced spoilers

Walford is gearing up for Zoe Slater's funeral as EastEnders has confirmed when the sad scenes will air.

Following Zoe's tragic death caused by a fatal head injury, her mum Kat has been struggling to cope with her grief as she's pushing her husband Alfie Moon away and reacting aggressively to those trying to comfort her.

The difficult time for the Slater-Moon families will continue as advance spoilers for the BBC soap have teased that Zoe's funeral won't go "as planned". Meanwhile, "a revelation" casts a shadow on an already emotionally taxing day for Zoe's loved ones.

Set to air between 26 and 29 October, these episodes also see Linda and Lee Carter make their return to Walford after having gone to look for his ex-partner Jess. Elsewhere on the Square, Jack Branning has to come clean to Denise Fox.

Monday, 26 October – 7.30pm, BBC One

Pressure mounts for Max when his plan backfires. Linda and Lee return to Walford, unaware of who awaits them. The Slaters prepare for Zoe's funeral.

Tuesday, 27 October – 7.30pm, BBC One

Jack's world is thrown into chaos. The truth tears through the Carter family. Kat's grief leads her into trouble.

Wednesday, 28 October – 7.30pm, BBC One

The Slaters say goodbye to Zoe, but events don't go as planned. Jack is forced to come clean to Denise. A revelation comes to light at Zoe's wake.

Thursday, 29 October – 7.30pm, BBC One

Cindy revels in disclosing the truth and goes on the warpath. Jack receives a worrying update.

EastEnders airs on Mondays-Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast.
