Toss Pakistan chose to field vs England

Pakistan have won the toss and opted to field first in Lahore. In a game where victory would secure safe passage to the final, Shaheen Afridi opted to put England in on a flat wicket under sunny skies.

Pakistan have made two changes to their side, including an extra spin option in the form of Shadab Khan, making accommodations for Gaddafi's more spin friendly nature. Razaullah also comes in to make his ODI debut, with Faheem Ashraf and Naseem Shah sitting out, the latter having dislocated his finger in the warm-ups.

England will have to set a target three days after their inability to defend 429 against Sri Lanka in Rawalpindi. While the most intense speculation centred around their decision to leave Adil Rashid out of the side, that has not changed. The visitors have instead given fast bowler Henry Crocombe an international debut, with Josh Tongue sitting out.
