本港7月樓價指數按月跌約0.5% 結束多月升勢

差餉物業估價署數據顯示，本港7月樓價指數跌至321.5，按月跌逾0.46%，結束13個月升勢，按年升幅收窄至約11.6%。今年首7個月樓價累計升逾7.3%。 按單位面積劃分，7月中小型單位樓價按月跌0.46%，大型單位亦跌0.31%，同樣是一年多以來首次轉跌。 編輯：張詩民
