Woman killed, 2 men wounded in Ilocos Sur shooting
SAN ILDEFONSO, Ilocos Sur — A woman was killed while two men were wounded after motorcycle riding gunmen opened fire at a parked vehicle in front of the Land Registry Authority (LRA) in Barangay V in Bantay, Ilocos Sur on Monday.
According to the Bantay Municipal Police Station, the victims were inside a black sport utility vehicle parked along the shoulder of the road when the gunmen opened fire.
A third male victim who was near the vehicle was grazed in the head as he sought help at the LRA premises.

The female victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was declared dead at the scene by responding medical personnel.

One of the male victims also sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was brought to a local hospital last listed in critical condition.
The other man suffered a graze to the head and was reported to be in stable condition.
The suspects on two motorcycles without license plates, fled southbound after the shooting.
