Hollyoaks airs shocking twist for four characters in early streaming release

Hollyoaks spoilers follow for Wednesday’s episode (21 October), which is available to watch now on streaming service Channel 4 and hasn’t yet aired on TV.

Hollyoaks has aired a shocking twist involving characters Cleo and Theresa McQueen, Warren Fox and Jenson Cole. In recent dramatic scenes, Mercedes slept with Jenson again to get back at Warren for his own betrayal.

When Mercedes made her intentions clear, Jenson turned sinister and refused to let her go. Theresa and Myra interrupted the escalating incident, but when Warren got word about what had happened, he decided to take revenge on his brother.

Warren and Jenson faced off in The Loft, and when Theresa arrived later, she was horrified by what she saw. In today’s episode, it was revealed that Jenson had been beaten unconscious and Theresa became a reluctant accomplice.

Meanwhile, Dodger questioned Mercedes about her traumatic ordeal and encouraged her to report Jenson for assault. Dodger then got a call and discovered some new worrying information.

He told Mercedes about Jenson being an undercover police officer and revealed that his handler had found out that a few years back, Jenson stalked a woman he was tasked with protecting – and the situation didn’t end well.

Warren dragged Jenson’s body into the boot of his car and he told Theresa to come with him as he drove to the woods. But as they were leaving the village, Theresa spotted Dodger and Cleo looking close.

As they arrived at the woods, Warren dealt with Jenson and told Theresa to get a taxi home. However, Theresa took matters into her own hands and lured her cousin to her location.

Jenson regained consciousness to see Warren standing over him, preparing to kill him as punishment for assaulting Mercedes. But Jenson continued taunting his brother, and in the end, Warren walked away from him.

Nearby, Cleo arrived at the woods and Theresa wasted no time in confronting her about her and Dodger’s affair. While Cleo initially tried to make excuses, she soon admitted the truth.

Theresa was furious as she took in the news of their betrayal, and as Cleo offered to move out of the house, Theresa grabbed a rock.

At that moment, Jenson emerged from the woods and grabbed Cleo, so Theresa acted quickly and hit Jenson with the rock. Jenson fell to the floor instantly – has Theresa just killed him?
