Brighton and Hove Albion looks in red-hot form at the moment, having beaten Manchester United 3-2 in the League Cup and currently leads 3-0 against Arsenal in the Premier League at home.

Pascal Gross opened the scoring in the 31st minute while Charalampos Kostoulas doubled lead in the last minute of first half. Chema Andres then struck a third close to the hour mark, keeping the Seagulls flying high against the Premier League champion.

Brighton and Hove Albion last beat Arsenal more than three years ago, on May 14, 2023, winning the match 3-0 at the Emirates Stadium in London.

After a goalless first half, Julio Enciso broke the deadlock in the 51st minute before Deniz Undav converted from Gross’ assist. Pervis Estupinian ended the night on a memorable note with a goal to his name in second-half stoppage time.

Brighton and Hove Albion has not beaten Arsenal at home for more than half a decade. The last time Brighton beat Arsenal in the Premier League at home was on June 20, 2020.

Brighton won that match 2-1, with Neal Maupay scoring a dramatic stoppage-time winner. Arsenal had taken the lead initially, with Nicolas Pépé finding the top corner in the 68th minute.

But Lewis Dunk began the comeback with an equaliser in the 75th minute before Maupay ensured the win.
