Talstack expands people management platform with new Time Off module

MTN ADVERT

Talstack is expanding its people management platform with the introduction of Time Off, a leave management module that helps organisations manage leave requests, improve workforce visibility, simplify approvals and support compliance.

The launch represents another step in the company’s development of a broader AI-enabled Human Resources Management System (HRMS) covering the full people management spectrum from recruiting and onboarding to exit.

Talstack’s platform already combines Performance Management with Learning, enabling companies to set and track goals, align organisational priorities, conduct 360-degree reviews and appraisals, capture ongoing feedback between colleagues, and deploy training programmes using either a pre-built content catalogue or their own training content.

The new Time Off module will form part of Talstack’s planned HRMS solution. It is designed to replace spreadsheets, emails, forms and messages commonly used to request, approve and track employee time off, including vacation, sick leave and parental leave.

According to Talstack, employees will be able to submit and track requests for leave or other time off and view their available balances. Managers will be able to review requests and maintain adequate team coverage with improved visibility, while administrators will be able to configure leave policies according to their organisation’s needs and requirements.

Every request, approval and balance update is also logged in one place, supporting compliance, clearer reporting and more consistent records for internal reviews and audits.

“With each new product we build at Talstack, we spend countless hours with users to deeply understand where existing platforms fall short. Whether you track leave requests manually, use spreadsheets or HR software, Talstack’s Time Off module will likely surpass your expectations for its simplicity and ease of use,” said Seni Sulyman, Co-Founder and CEO of Talstack.

Time Off will be available from 27 August 2026.

More information about Talstack Time Off is available on the product page.
