Official Naruto Shippuden Battle Board Game Launches Crowdfunding Campaign
Board game studio This is a GAME and publisher Don't Panic Games launched a project on the Gamefound crowdfunding platform on Wednesday for their new board game Naruto Shippūden Battle.
The officially licensed game is designed for 2-4 players, who must assemble teams of three characters to claim objectives and victory points.
The project will run until October 9 and is seeking a goal of 35,000 euros (about US$40,300). As of press time, the project has exceed its goal with a total of 146,287 euros (about US$168,000).
Backers of the project will receive the Naruto Sage Mode miniature with all pledges. Higher tier rewards include extra battlefields, miniatures, acrylic tokens, and more.
Naruto Card Game, a new trading card game based on the Naruto series, will launch worldwide in 2027.
Don't Panic Games previously released Cowboy Bebop, the Role-Playing Game, a tabletop role-playing game in 2022.
