技能錯配期望落差 三四萬人料難脫失業

【明報專訊】新一份「人力推算中期更新」報告指出，估計現時約3萬至4萬失業人士難重投勞動市場，因技能錯配及期望落差而出現「職位錯配」，以餐飲業的資深廚師或侍應、零售業一般銷售人員，以及一般文職最受影響。勞福局主管（研究組）陳國輝稱，今年錯配較去年嚴重，若不改變心態及再培訓，未必找到新工。
