VEON (VEON) and Amdocs (DOX) have entered into a 10-year strategic agreement to modernize VEON’s core technology operations and accelerate its digital operator transformation across Eurasia.

Under the multi-year partnership, Amdocs will manage VEON’s core IT infrastructure to deliver long-term cost predictability.

The implementation will incorporate intellectual property rights from VEON’s technology hub, QazCode, integrating its software assets into Amdocs’ telco-specific agentic operating system, aOS.

"This agreement also expands Amdocs' presence in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the wider Eurasia region, where we see significant opportunity," said Anthony Goonetilleke, Group President, New Growth Horizons at Amdocs.
