Live Nation posted a record-high $10.1 billion in revenue for the company’s third quarter, the live music giant reported on Thursday, buoyed by the company’s growing international business.

The $10.1 billion figure marks a 19 percent increase from 2025, while the company reported $892 million in operating income, a 13 percent jump from last year. Fan attendance overall grew 19 percent to 61 million people, Live Nation said, with international attendance growing 29 percent and accounting for 60 percent of the company’s total fan growth.

The company’s concerts division reported $8.7 billion in revenue for the quarter, with about $602.9 million in income, while ticketing reported $870 million in revenue and over $315 million in operating income. Live Nation’s sponsorship and advertising division posted nearly $506 million in revenue and over $350 million in income.

Live Nation also posted $3.8 billion in deferred revenue, an eight percent increase from last year.

“In a world of endless screens and AI-generated everything, the one thing that can’t be replicated is being there,” Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino said in a statement, adding that the company expects 180 million fans in attendance through 2026. “Artists are taking their music to more fans in more places than ever, and fans are showing up in record numbers.“
