Stand-Up Comedian Jo Koy Takes Over Weather Forecast On Local L.A. Station

You can catch comedian Jo Koy‘s latest special on Netflix, or you can just catch him on your local newscast.

On Thursday, Koy basically took over the morning weather segment on L.A.’s ABC 7 Eyewitness News.

“So we’re looking at Downtown L.A., very easy. What’s going on?” ABC 7 weather presenter Niku Kazori asked the comedian.

“Well, it looks like it’s cloudy,” began Koy, looking at the screen before continuing, “There’s an 84% chance of humidity.”

That wasn’t his only mistake.

At one point he stops and tells Kazori, “This is so hard! I don’t know how you do this.”

This wasn’t the first time Kazori has been interrupted on air. A few years ago while doing traffic on KENS 5 in San Antonio, she was joined by the Spurs’ coyote mascot.

As Kazori tried to keep a straight face, Coyote proceeded to rip his velcro eyes off, breaking the presenter into a fit of laughter. As she walked off screen, Kazori said, “I cannot believe it!”:
