AIICO Insurance Plc has unveiled its newly transformed Learning and Conference Centre at its Head Office in Victoria Island, Lagos, reinforcing its commitment to employee development while providing a modern facility for conferences, exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, strategy sessions and other professional gatherings.

The newly upgraded centre has been designed to provide a conducive and contemporary environment for learning, collaboration and knowledge exchange. Equipped with modern multimedia facilities and technology-enabled infrastructure, the facility is positioned to enhance the experience of both internal and external users.

For AIICO, the investment represents an expansion of its workplace infrastructure to support the growing learning and development needs of its people. According to Chief Financial Officer, AIICO Insurance Plc, Bisola Elias, the investment provides both operational and strategic value to the organisation.
