Sneako DJ Akademiks Feud Explained After Adin Ross Turns Off His Camera Mid-Stream

Sneako went after DJ Akademiks on a group call during Adin Ross' stream this week, and it ended with his camera cut. Sneako, Adin and Akademiks were all on screen when Sneako started on what Akademiks does and doesn't talk about. It didn't stay there for long. He dragged up a 2025 controversy involving a 15-year-old and called Akademiks a "p*dophile weirdo," then started throwing racial slurs at him. Not long after, Adin switched Sneako's feed off.

Why Sneako went after DJ Akademiks

Sneako's opening shot was about priorities. In his view, Akademiks dodges anything that matters and spends his time showing off.

"Akademiks will never speak about something important and then look what he flexes about," he said.

He held up his own record as the opposite, saying he'd been banned for criticizing Israel while Akademiks had never risked anything.

What Sneako brought up from Akademiks' past

From there, Sneako accused Akademiks of grooming a 15-year-old on Discord. He was pointing back to a January 2025 livestream, when Akademiks asked a 15-year-old Discord moderator sexually explicit questions. The teenager told him on stream that he was 15, and the clip blew up.

Akademiks first claimed only Kendrick Lamar fans were upset with him. He later apologized, saying he was wrong and would do better, and his Twitch account was suspended at the time. He was never charged with a crime.

Adin Ross cuts Sneako's camera after racial slurs

Sneako then told Akademiks he couldn't fight a man and used the N-word toward him again and again. He called Akademiks a "slave" and told him to go to the plantation and pick cotton. Someone on the call snapped back at Sneako. "And this is exactly why nobody f*cks with you," they said. Adin turned Sneako's camera off soon after.

Sneako has used racial slurs around Adin before. In 2025, he did it while defending Adin in his dispute with rapper Doechii, and Adin later said he would "always love" Sneako anyway. Things haven't always been friendly since. In July, Adin told Sneako on stream that he should move to a country like Iran or Afghanistan, and Sneako hit back on X the next day, telling him to stay in his lane. A 53-second clip of the call was later posted on X, showing Sneako's rant right up to the moment his feed went dark.
