高小「三層應急」延一年 發展AI教學助理

【明報專訊】政府去年12月起將中學「三層應急機制」擴大至在小學高年級試行。《2026年施政報告》昨日提出今學年延續高小試行機制，為期一年，政府同時會改良支援服務，加強學校專業人員培訓，以及早識別和支援較高自殺風險的學生。當局亦會推出「精神健康素養家長培訓資源套」及舉辦與學生精神健康的家長教育課程。
