So, India finish with two three athletics medals on Day 7 of Asian Games 2026. Sawan Barwal won a historic marathon silver earlier today. Tajinderpal Singh Toor won a third consecutive Asian Games medal with silver in men's shot put. And then Prachi Choudhary won bronze in the women's 400m final.
