David Tennant reacts to co-star and close friend Michael Sheen in Celebrity Traitors

After much anticipation, season 2 of The Celebrity Traitors kicked off last night, with 21 famous faces ready to enter the castle. The star-studded line-up featured a mix of musicians, actors, comedians and presenters, all hoping to win money for their chosen charities.
Among the players is actor Michael Sheen, who is no stranger to delivering convincing performances. But how will he fare under the pressure of the Round Table?
Having worked with Sheen on Good Omens' since 2019, David Tennant is pretty confident about his co-star's chances in the game.

Speaking to Radio Times, Tennant described Sheen as "brilliant" and praised his acting prowess.
"Well, he's a chameleon, isn't he? He could be a different person every day, in full prosthetics, and they'll be going, 'Who the f**k is that? Why is Chris Tarrant here?'" the Doctor Who star said, referencing Sheen's role in ITV's Quiz.
"I wouldn't put [reaching the final] past him," he added.
Reflecting on whether he would follow in Sheen's footsteps, Tennant decided he would rather enjoy the show from the comfort of his own home.

"I don't think The Celebrity Traitors is something I'd want to do – I'd find it very stressful – but I'm very glad it exists," he said.
He added: "I'd be very bad at it because I'm not great at deception, whereas Michael's brilliant at it! He'll be thrilled if he's picked or seduced to be a traitor."
