Borse deboli nonostante il petrolio in calo, Tokyo non riesce a sostenere lo Yen

La Banca Centrale Giapponese ha aumentato i tassi di interesse dall’1,0% all’1,25%, il livello più alto degli ultimi 31 anni. La mossa della Bank of Japan era attesa, ma è arrivata con due voti contrari e lo yen ha continuato a indebolirsi sul dollaro. Il sostegno allo yen è un tema caro agli Stati Uniti che temono che una caduta della valuta giapponese spinga Tokyo a vendere titoli di Stato Usa. Il Giappone è il primo detentore di debito statunitense.
