Paulo Dybala and Donyell Malen are set to start for Roma in a big home game against Inter, while the Nerazzurri will look to Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram.
It kicks off at 18:00 CET [17:00 BST] at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.

Inter and Roma are the only two Serie A teams to have collected 12 points in the opening four games of the season, winning all their league matches so far.
Inter have the best attack with 13 goals, one more than Roma, while the Giallorossi have the least-beaten defence with just one goal conceded, compared with Inter’s six.

The Giallorossi can rely on a full squad, while Inter have travelled to the Olimpico without Djed Spence, John Stones and Hakan Calhanoglu.
According to several sources, Piotr Zielinski will replace Calhanoglu in the middle of the park for Inter, while Curtis Jones is favourite over Petar Sucic.
Roma will look to Dybala, Malen, and Matias Soulé up front, while Leonardo Balerdi challenges Evan Ndicka for a starting spot at the back, and according to Sky, the ex-Marseille centre-back is even the favourite to start after his convincing performance against Torino in the previous round.
The match will be broadcast on DAZN in the UK and Ireland and on Paramount+ in the USA. Football Italia will provide live updates via a live blog.
