The Supreme Court (SC) on Monday officially launched its eNotarization services, allowing the public to have electronic documents notarized online.
“Starting today, October 19, 2026, you can have your electronic documents notarized with just a click—making notarization more convenient, accessible and hassle-free,” the SC said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
The SC previously described eNotarization as a digital process in which electronic documents are signed and notarized through a secure Electronic Notarization Facility (ENF) provider, under the administration of an electronic notary public (ENP).
