Tide times: Check Monday’s high and low tides along SA’s coast

The cut-off low developing west of South Africa is expected to bring rough conditions along parts of the coast from Sunday into Monday.
The South African Weather Service (SAWS) says very rough seas could reach 4.0 to 4.5 metres south of Table Bay.
Strong winds are also expected along the coast and interior.
