Coronation Street reveals first look at Ryan's big discovery in Bethany story
Coronation Street has released a first-look clip of Ryan Connor finding out that his romantic interest Bethany Platt is pregnant.
Ryan has been feeling ghosted lately by Bethany, who hasn't told her mum Sarah that it's actually (Sarah's on-off other half) Kit Green who is the father, and letting her think that Ryan is the daddy.

In the clip, Ryan popped in to visit Bethany, who was looking worse for wear.
She played it off as how she "spent the night putting the world to rights with mum" and made a joke about she'd get rid of all men, which led to an awkward silence.
Ryan asked how Bethany's wrist was doing, when she suddenly ran away to be sick.
As Ryan started to get up, he accidentally knocked her handbag over and saw a packet of tablets had fallen out.

When Bethany returned from the toilet, Ryan asked her outright: "Are you pregnant?"
Bethany stayed silent as the clip ended. Will she tell Ryan that it's not his baby that she's carrying?
"[Bethany] genuinely really likes [Ryan] and he genuinely really likes her too. They've got a bit of shared history as well from when they were together before, but obviously this is going to throw a massive spanner in the works," actor Lucy Fallon recently said.
"If she chooses to go through with the termination, that will make things easier for their relationship. But if she chooses to keep the baby, that's going to complicate the whole situation because is Ryan going to want to be with her if she's going to be having someone else's baby, when they're so early on in their relationship?"
Coronation Street airs on weeknights at 8.30pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
