NEW DELHI: Former Union minister and BJP leader Ravneet Singh Bittu's convoy was attacked on Friday while he was on his way to Pathankot to attend a party event.According to Bittu's office, his security team has reportedly apprehended three individuals allegedly linked to the AAP."If anything happens to Ravneet Singh Bittu, the chief minister of Punjab and the DGP Punjab will be held responsible for his safety and security," Bittu's office said."Such incidents are a grave threat to democracy and the safety of political leaders; the Punjab government must immediately investigate this incident and ensure the safety of every political worker and leader," it added.More details awaited ...
