Luca Mining to buy Mexico project from Agnico Eagle for up to $60M

Luca Mining (LUCMF) said Thursday it agreed to acquire the El Barqueño gold-silver-copper project in Mexico from Agnico Eagle Mines (AEM) for as much as $60M plus a net smelter return interest.
