Phyno celebrates the 'Beautiful' woman in new single

Nigerian hip-hop heavyweight Phyno is back with a new single, Beautiful, a love letter to the woman who makes everything make sense. It is smooth, heartfelt and unmistakably Phyno. Igbo, Pidgin and English flow together over a melody made for the people you hold close.

The record shows a tender side of a rapper best known for hard-hitting bars. Phyno has long been admired for rapping in Igbo, and here he uses that language, along with Pidgin and English, to speak plainly about gratitude and devotion. It reads as a song to play for the person who steadies you.

Beautiful is also the opening move of a bigger story. It arrives as a pre-album release, with Phyno’s full-length project set for October 30, 2026. The rollout began in July, when he dropped the Na Afa Nna freestyle with the caption “Road to the album,” and it has continued with Uzo Ano, his collaboration with Flavour. This new single gives fans their first love-themed taste of what’s coming.

The album follows Full Time Job, his fifth LP released back in October 2024. Beautiful shows that range, moving from street-ready rap to warm, melodic storytelling.
