KUALA LUMPUR: Chin Hin Group Property (CHGP) has launched the sales gallery for Ophira Resort Residences, the company's latest nature-themed residential launch, offering a resort-inspired living experience.

Set across 1.92 hectares of freehold land along Jalan Segambut, the serviced apartment development offers a harmonious sanctuary where nature meets the modern sophistication of Kuala Lumpur.

Chang Tze Yoong, executive director and group chief executive officer of CHGP, said, Ophira Resort Residences reflects the company's vision of creating homes that go beyond the conventional boundaries of urban living.

He said every detail, from the resort-inspired architecture and adaptable layouts to the carefully curated amenities and premium finishes, has been thoughtfully planned to support the evolving needs of modern homeowners.

"We wanted to design a true sanctuary where residents can enjoy the seamless convenience and connectivity of city life while being enveloped in a sense of tranquillity and nature," Chang said in a statement.

The two-block development features units ranging from 525 to 1,020 sq. ft., with configurations ranging from one-plus-one to four bedrooms to cater to a variety of household sizes and lifestyle needs.

The development has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM814 million, with prices starting from RM438,000.

Construction is targeted for completion by the fourth quarter of 2031.
