RHOSLC’s Whitney Rose Reveals Where She, Ex Justin Stand Amid Divorce

Why Fans Think RHOSLC's Lisa Barlow Shaded Whitney Rose and Angie Katsanevas Amid Their Breakups

Whitney Rose's true healing journey has just begun.

In fact, hours after The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star and Justin Rose officially filed for divorce, the Wild Rose Beauty founder revealed there's no bad blood between her and her estranged husband as they continue to coparent their kids Bobbie, 16, and Brooks, 13.

"We’re nesting, so we share two homes," Whitney told E! News in an exclusive interview during Page Six's Virtual Reali-Tea Awards 2026 at New York City's Edison Ballroom on Sept. 6. "Our kids stay in one home and he and I move from home to home to keep the kids’ security, safety, stability."

And while the 40-year-old is understandably sad that her and Justin's 16-year marriage didn't work out, she'll never forget what's most important.

"This process has taught me no matter what happens between us, we will put the kids first," Whitney added, "and that’s all that matters to me, is my family is safe despite what happens in my marriage."

Of course, that doesn't mean it isn't painful to see her and Justin's relationship troubles play out during the Bravo series' current seventhseason.

"It’s hard to rewatch it because that was some time ago," she admitted. "I’m in a completely different place and a different mindset."

That said, Whitney continued, "I’m very proud of Justin and I, we’ve remained amicable and coparenting."

But as difficult as divorce is, Whitney promised fans she'll remain "vulnerable and real" throughout the breakup.

"Keep sending the love," the Utah native shared. "I really appreciate when fans reach out and share their connection to my story because that’s why I’m here doing it. It makes me feel like at the end of the day there is beauty in all the madness of reality TV and I have the ability to connect with so many people I normally wouldn’t be able to."

Reports of a separation between the former couple first surfaced in July, though she and the 59-year-old had faced plenty of ups and downs in their marriage during past seasons of RHOSLC.

Whitney even acknowledged that navigating rough patches has been a major part of their love story while celebrating their wedding anniversary last year.

"I looked up the 'symbol' and 'gift' that you give someone who is celebrating 16 years and it told me that the symbol is wax," she wrote on Instagram in November. "At first, I was like wth but I started reading more about it and it’s beautiful."

"The wax represents the flexibility and the warmth that a couple needs to mold their lives together over time," the Bravolebrity went on. "This is beautiful and it definitely resonates with how much we have been through yet while always loving each other every step of the way. I love you J, thanks for molding this life with me."

While fans continue to watch Whitney and Justin's marriage woes play out on TV, keep reading for everything else to know about RHOSLC season seven.
